Student Release Reservations

In the event that a student has a planned release from school during the school day, we ask that caregivers complete this short, easy form to reserve your child’s timE slot. This serve a dual purpose: it notifies your child’s teacher that they will be leaving so that they may have all of their materials ready to go, and it reduces the amount of access into our building during the COVID-10 outbreak.
